Do I need an Order of Service.
Order of Service is used in church weddings, and allows your guests to follow the
ceremony which will include prayers and the words to any hymns you have chosen.
Does a wedding order of service have to match the wedding Invitations.
The short answer is NO. However presentation is everything, if all your stationery
is of the same style and design and any ribbons match your wedding colour theme,
eg bridesmaids dresses, groom and best man neckties etc; then the wedding will have
a coordinated feel, giving the impression of style and careful planning. See

Do I get Proofs for checking.
Yes we will provide Proofs for checking on all stationery with wording specified
by you. The proof must be signed off before any printing can be started.
When should the RSVP date be.
The RSVP should be no later than two weeks before your big day. Some suppliers may
need final numbers before this time. Check to see their last change dates.are.
How much can I get in a Favour Box.
It all depends on what you want to use. The size of our Favour Boxes are : 5½
cm x 5½ cm square x 3½ cm deep.
Do I need an Order of Ceremony.
An Order of Ceremony is used for civil weddings not carried out in church. They
give your guests an overview of the ceremony and can include the words to any music
you have chosen.
Can I choose my own wording.
Yes of course we would be pleased to print whatever wording you think appropriate.
Is there a charge for delivery.
Yes our standard postage and packing charge is £12.00
Can you match ribbon colours to my theme colour.
We will always do our best to match your theme colours with the stationery ribbons.
Let us have a sample of the colour and we will work with you to make sure you are
satisfied with the match before we start production.
When should I order my Wedding Invitations.
The general rule is order as early as possible. Save The Date cards should be sent
as soon as you have secured the date and time for the wedding. The Invitations should
follow as soon as you also know the venue for the wedding breakfast and evening celebrations.
Final details for the Order of Service or Order of Ceremony can follow letter, but
no later than 4 weeks before the wedding day.
How many Invitations will I need to order
This really depends on how many guests are to be invited, but its always a good idea
to order a few more than you calculated for, there always seems to be some people
you overlooked at first. Our minimum order quantity is 10 pieces.
Do I need to order everything at the same time.
It is a good idea to order everything at the same time, especially if we are having
to match precisely the ribbon colours to you wedding theme. With the total cost
being spread over two payments, and the last being due on final delivery of Order
of Service and Thank You Cards, it is an effective way of controlling your budget.
Do I need a Table Plan.
Table plans give structure to the seating arrangements, the planning will allow you
and the groom to seat your guests in the most congenial and compatible way possible.
The style of Table Plan will also tie in with Menus and Favour Boxes, bringing together
whole wedding theme.
Do Invitations include envelopes
Yes our handmade wedding invitations will include matching envelopes or boxes depending
on the type of Invitation chosen. Wallet Invitations and Pocket Invitations that
incorporate rhinestone embellishments, except Opus range will be provided with
presentation boxes, allowing you room to include Reply Cards, maps and directions
etc.
Is there VAT to pay on my order
No Renova Design is not VAT registered, therefore no VAT is payable.
Can I order Thank You cards after we get back from our Honeymoon
Yes, you may order whenever it suits you, but please be aware of the additional post
and packing charge.
